Mr. Cozza is one of the founding partners of 24/7 Settlement Services, LLC. He received his B.A. in 1999 from Washington & Jefferson College, his J.D. in 2003 from Duquesne University and his MBA in 2008 from Waynesburg University. Mr. Cozza focuses his law practice on representing businesses and business owners on appropriate entity formations, contract drafting, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, employment contract drafting and negotiation, HR Policy creation, intellectual property matters, as well as provided general business consulting and litigation services in various industries. Mr. Cozza has also represented property owners and investors in residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, lease preparation and negotiations, property holding company structuring, as well as providing general real estate consulting and litigation services.
In 2014, Mr. Cozza decided to become a title agent and expand the real estate services he can provide to individuals in this area.
